Feature availability depends on the file format. JSONJet does not edit or overwrite your originals, and SQL dumps are inspected rather than executed.
No. JSONJet Free has no expiry date, and you don't need an account or payment details to download it. It is licensed for personal and non-commercial use.
Yes. You can activate one Pro license on up to two devices, including a Mac and a Windows PC. If you've reached the device limit, deactivate a device before activating another.
No. JSONJet processes the files you open locally on your device. It uses the internet for downloads, update checks, pricing, and license activation or verification, but does not upload the contents of your files.
Yes. You can cancel future renewals at any time. Pro normally remains active until the end of your current paid period. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for that period. See the terms for details.
We don't offer voluntary refunds for a change of mind or unused subscription time. If you believe you've been charged incorrectly, please contact us so we can review it. This does not affect any refund rights you may have under applicable law.
